JET-PAK PADDED MAILERS

Padded Mailers are the economical answer to most cushioned shipping requirements. Padded mailers can be used for any item that needs protection through small parcel distribution systems. Jet-Pak mailers are available in three different styles as listed below. Ivex padded mailers are recyclable, biodegradable and made from 100% recyled papers, with a minimum of 30% post consumer materials. Numeric portion of item number designates the mailer size, i.e., #2 Mailer = JPT2 and so forth. This rule is followed for all styles.

Original Tube Style Padded Mailers
Ivex Protective Packaging has the perfect tube style mailer to ship items that need rugged protection. These economical, environmentally friendly mailers have a scored end and can be closed easily with tape or staples. The double folded corners add additional edge protection. Puncture and moisture resistant.

Self Seal Sytle Padded Mailers
These self-sealing mailers are the economical answer to every padded shipping requirement. Ivex self sealing mailers offer the same padded protection, but excel in packaging operations where speed is needed. Ivex Packaging offers an exclusive self-sealing technology that allows the flap to seal without the use of additional adhesive and the need to remove a relese strip. This minimizes package handling and increases packing speed. Features easy open tear strip, self sealing end flap, puncture and moisture resistant.

Peel n' Seal Style Padded Mailers
For quick closing and easy opening, Ivex offers the Peel n' Seal solution. These mailers offer a convenient end flap with self sealing adhesive that closes securely and eliminates the need for additional tape or staples. Features tear strip for easy opening, puncture and moisture resistant.

Jet-Lite Reinforced Mailers
Ivex's "Reinforced" line is designed with fiberglass strands making it extremely tough, yet light weight. These mailers are designed for easy load and quick sealing to enhance packaging efficiency. Reinforced mailers come in self-seal and plain styles, with and without gussets. (As noted with each section) Post consumer recycled content. Moisture resistant.

Jet-Lite Utility Peel & Seal Mailers
The new "Utility" line is the only single-ply 126 lb natural kraft mailer in the market today, and it retains integrity and strength through the mailing environment. Gusseted utility mailers are made of 99 lb natural kraft.
